The Competing Values Culture and Change FrameworkTM (CVCCFTM) is a significant, systemic and complex way of thinking that addresses the 'big picture'. It provides a framework for change agents looking at macro and micro issues simultaneously and explains more of everything than any other model. It has profound implications for all sectors, and it will give you the tools to begin applying these revolutionary ideas in your own field immediately.
CVCCFTM is a wide ranging, comprehensive and fluid organisational model which is the fusion of research and thinking started by Dr Clare Graves. The work was continued by Dr Don Beck and Mr Chris Cowan and incorporates the Natural Systems thinking of Ken Wilber. The CVCCFTM model represents a consolidation of that work in the context of organisational change by John Cook, and Alistair Wait.
Anyone asserting their ability as a leader, consultant, or agent for change needs to have this knowledge
Applications are immense and universal-from understanding individuals and their interaction within specific communities; comprehending the ramifications of business and community organisations (both in respect of their internal cultural dynamic as well as their ability to respond to changing market trends); to predicting global economic change, whether that is a famine in Rwanda or economic downturn in Asia .
An important part of the application of the Integral approach is the ability to recognise, understand and measure the core values systems and organizing codes within both organisations and individuals that drive change processes.
Understanding this will help address the questions:
. IF it is time for change, then change FROM what TO what?
. How should Who Manage (lead, teach, etc.) Whom to do What, and When?
