Barbara Wait , a Certified Trainer of NLP, combines her specialist skills in the fields of community development and business design and planning with the tools and techniques of NLP to assist others in developing, realising and achieving their full potential in business, professional and personal endeavours.

Barbara teaches NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner certification programs both in New Zealand and Australia . She is a director of The NLPTRB and through In Tandem provides consulting and coaching to individuals and businesses. Her interest and experience in organisational
development and change has involved her in community development consultancies, developing programs in participative design processes and educational design. She has worked in Australasia Singapore , India and Central Asia .

Alistair Wait is an International Business Consultant working with business people around the world and linking investors with competitive companies to create strong business alliances.

He is a founding Trustee of the Global Institute for Human Development and his directorships include the NLPTRB, his own company, In Tandem Limited and the Newton College of Business & Technology, Auckland New Zealand . Well known for his collegial style and entrepreneurial spirit, Alistair is a trainer of NLP and, together with his wife, Barbara, he conducts NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner training.

Alistair has an extensive background in Business leadership development and training and has a particular interest in researching and developing programs in organisational development and change, including the sciences of social DNA. His community development consultancy has involved him in public consultation and participative design processes associated with sustainable tourism development, international and local economic development and educational design. He has consulted in India , China and countries throughout the Pacific as well as with US Government sponsored projects in Central Asia.

NLP Trainers Registration Body (NLPTRB) is a "not for profit" company, whose charter permits the board of directors elected by its members. It has been set up to establish an international network of quality NLP trainers. www.nlptrb.org
